All orders are shipped from The Woodlands, Texas. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Orders placed Monday through Friday except holidays will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours once the payment has been obtained. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
We suggest you double check your shipping address information. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages for incorrect address. If your package is returned for this reason we are not able to pay new shipping fees.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Nevertheless we are able to discuss potential returns or exchanges under special circumstances. If you are eligible for return, your refund will be processed in the same original method of payment, as soon as posible.
